1. GENERAL TERMS

• All drawings will include a subtle signature that you may not remove.

• I might record or stream the drawing process.

• Prices are subject to change based on demand; however, changes will not affect commissions already agreed upon.

• I have the right to deny any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

2. PAYMENT

• The currency that I accept is USD via PayPal (via friends and family) or Venmo.

• Commissions will be paid 100% after the final piece is finished.

• Do not send payment before I finish the piece, as I prefer to focus on completing the work without financial pressure.

• You will not receive the final commission until payment is received in full.

3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY

• I will notify you when I have started working on your commission.

• The time it takes to finish your commission varies based on factors such as health, the complexity of the piece, my workload, and external circumstances. The estimated timeline will be discussed at the time of commissioning.

• If anything comes up that will delay the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know as soon as possible.

• Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image.

4. REVISIONS

• Revisions are only allowed during the sketch phase. Once the final piece is started, additional changes may not be possible.

• You will receive an initial sketch or concept for your approval. If it is to your satisfaction then I will continue on to the final piece.

• If the sketch or concept is not to your satisfaction then I allow 2 free revisions.

• Any additional revisions will add a $5 charge.

5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, Tiffany K Victor, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

• Promote me with it anywhere

• Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)

• Display it anywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)

• Post it on my website.

 

The buyer is allowed to:

• Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)

• Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.

• Use the artwork to promote themselves with proper credit to myself for the artwork.

• Use the artwork on their YouTube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings and proper credit to me for the artwork.

 

The following is considered copyright infringement:

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off of it in any way.

• Claiming the artwork as your own

• Removing my signature from the artwork

• Altering the artwork without my consent

 

• I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).

• Commercial rights to the artwork can be purchased for an additional fee. Please contact me to discuss the terms.

6. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

• I'm always willing to do anything to make your experience great.

• If you are unhappy with the final piece after delivery, minor adjustments may be made at my discretion. Major changes may incur additional fees.

• I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. (ex: If you don't want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.)

7. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY​

• If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

• If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
